Prof. Dr. Markus Bühner

Prof. Dr. Markus Bühner is a renowned expert in aptitude and psychological assessment. He holds the Chair of Psychological Assessment at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) Munich, where he leads research projects on modern assessment methods.

Alongside his academic work, he has advised DAX-listed companies for many years on personnel assessment, the development of assessment centres and the evaluation of employee surveys.

He brings scientific rigour and practical applicability to the further development of our assessment methods.
