Hans-Rudolf Ulrich looks back on a long management career in banking, where he held various senior positions in commercial and corporate banking. After more than 25 years in the banking world, he moved into consulting and has worked as an independent advisor and interim manager for more than twenty years.

His particular focus is on complex top-management searches as well as governance and succession matters.

He complements the advisory board with his extensive experience in demanding search processes and his deep understanding of strategic leadership issues in regulated industries.
