Aurora Zekiri combines her degree in human resource management with many years of experience in targeted direct search at the intersection of engineering, technology, infrastructure and regulation.
As a Senior Consultant at VESTIGA, she handles national and international search mandates at C-level and senior management level. She has built her executive search career from the ground up at VESTIGA: while still studying at IU International University of Applied Sciences, she joined the research team, where she developed her in-depth expertise in filling complex key positions.
Her aim is to act as a sparring partner for clients and to bring together personalities and organisations that achieve sustainable change and value creation together.
Her focus areas are renewable energy, construction and the circular economy, as well as niche specialisms in digital and business transformation, deep tech and aerospace, and public and regulatory affairs.
