Thomas Arzt is co-founder and Managing Partner of VESTIGA Consulting GmbH. After studying business administration, he began his career in investment banking at Merrill Lynch in New York. He has worked in professional executive search since 2005. He primarily advises financial institutions, asset management companies and family offices, as well as companies in construction and real estate. With his international experience and his instinct for demanding mandates in regulated industries, he stands for discreet, results-driven consulting built on partnership.
